Cancellation, Returns & Order Policy
Order Cancellations
All canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs.
Special-order, custom-built, made-to-order, powder-coated, tuned, unlocked, manufacturer-built, or otherwise customized products are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Once an order has entered production, processing, tuning, coating, or has been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
At our sole discretion, cancellation fees may be waived if an order is changed to another product of equal or greater value.
To request an order cancellation or modification, please contact sales@apocalypsediesel.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order has been processed.
Lead Times & Product Availability
Many products sold by Apocalypse Diesel Performance are built-to-order, special-order, or shipped directly from manufacturers.
Any lead times provided are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. Apocalypse Diesel Performance is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, weather events, production schedules, backorders, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Manufacturer or shipping delays do not qualify an order for cancellation without applicable cancellation fees.
If you require a product by a specific date, please contact sales@apocalypsediesel.com before placing your order to verify availability and estimated delivery times.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Custom-built or powder-coated products
• Special-order products
• Tuning devices, software, licenses, credits, and digital products
• Unlocked ECMs, TCMs, PCMs, and electronic control modules
• Electrical or electronic components
• Fuel system components
• Any product that has been installed, used, modified, damaged, or altered from its original condition
Refused Shipments
Any shipment refused by the customer will be treated as a return.
Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking or cancellation fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Apocalypse Diesel Performance prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent, unauthorized, or unwarranted chargebacks will be fully contested using order records, tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, and any other supporting documentation available.
Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be prohibited from making future purchases.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Apocalypse Diesel Performance, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, terms, conditions, and disclaimers published on this website.
