Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer lead times, order volume, and holidays.
Certain products may be built-to-order, special-order, or shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional processing time.
Shipping Times
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Apocalypse Diesel Performance is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, labor shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Backorders & Manufacturer Delays
Some products may be temporarily out of stock or subject to manufacturer lead times.
Customers will be notified when possible of significant delays. Manufacturer delays do not qualify an order for cancellation without applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Freight Shipments
Certain oversized items may require freight shipping.
Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to receive the shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Apocalypse Diesel Performance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
